Let's Ride
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Let's Ride mobile application ("App") operated by Aurora Wake ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Account
You must sign in with a Google or Apple account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Upload content that is offensive, fraudulent, or infringes on others' rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, profile information, ride data). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and share it as necessary to operate the App's features (e.g., showing your profile to friends, displaying ride session data to participants).
5. Safety Disclaimer
The App is a tracking and coordination tool. You are solely responsible for your safety on the water. Always follow local boating laws and safety regulations. We do not provide navigation, safety, or weather advice — weather data shown in the App is sourced from third parties and may not be accurate.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting us.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurora Wake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
